Project work to support Turkey in developing the legal, institutional and technical framework for the pilot implementation of an emissions trading scheme (ETS) in Turkey in consultation with all stakeholders of the PMR-II Project, including public institutions, international consultants of the project, glass, cement, iron, steel producers, their associations and refineries.
